Our delivery service includes Niagara-on-the-Lake, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Grimsby, Lincoln, Thorold, Pelham, and Hamilton, with additional surrounding communities served upon request. Delivery fees are based on your location and are calculated during the booking process to ensure fair and transparent pricing. How Delivery Works
When you place your order you will get an email with a link to pay your $200 damage deposit for the moving crates and equipment. You have to pay the damage deposit within 7 days of getting your order. We hold the damage deposit for the time you rent the moving crates and equipment. This is to cover any damage or loss of the moving crates and equipment.
If you return the moving crates and equipment in the condition they were in when we delivered them we will give you back your $200 damage deposit. We do allow for wear and tear of the moving crates and equipment.

Once we receive your $200 damage deposit, you can schedule your moving box rental delivery using our online booking calendar. Just pick an available delivery date and time that works for your moving schedule. We will bring your reusable plastic moving crates right to your home or business in the Niagara Region, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Hamilton, and the surrounding areas. Our online scheduling system makes it easy to book your preferred delivery time in a few clicks. This helps keep your move organized and convenient. After you select your delivery time, you will get a confirmation with all the details you need to get ready for your moving crate delivery.
After booking your moving crate rental delivery, you can easily schedule your crate pick-up by selecting a convenient available date and time through our online booking calendar. Choose the pick-up time that works best for you, and we’ll collect your reusable moving crates from your home or business, giving you one less thing to worry about while you settle into your new space throughout the Niagara Region, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Hamilton, and surrounding areas.
On your delivery day, our friendly team will arrive during your chosen 1-hour delivery slot. They will bring your reusable moving crates straight to your home or business. We’ll set the crates in your preferred spot, like your front entrance, garage, or another easy-to-reach area, so you can start packing right away. Each delivery is done carefully to make sure your moving crate rental comes clean, organized, and ready for use. This way, you have everything you need for a smooth and efficient move.
On the day you’ve booked, our team will show up during your chosen time slot to pick up the moving crates from your new place. Just empty out the crates, stack them up, and leave them ready for us. You don’t have to pack up your car or drive anywhere to return them. We handle it all. Returning your crates is easy, so you can get back to settling in and making your new space feel like home.
Delivery & Pick-Up Times
We offer convenient delivery and pick-up appointments Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, based on availability. When booking your package, you’ll be able to select a convenient 1-hour delivery and pick-up time window within our regular service hours. If you need a time outside our normal schedule, simply text us at 905-341-2724 before booking your package, and we’ll be happy to check availability and do our best to accommodate your request. Our posted hours are our typical operating schedule and may occasionally change to meet scheduling needs.
Easy Pick-Up Process
After you’re settled into your new place, we’ll swing by at your chosen time to pick up your Bloom Box crates. You don’t have to stress about a thing—just make sure you or someone else is around during your one-hour pick-up window so things go smoothly. At Bloom Box Co., we want your move to feel easy from start to finish, right up to the final pick-up. If something comes up and you need to change your plans, just let us know and we’ll work with you to find a better time.
Local Pick-Up & Return Option
Looking for a little more flexibility? With Bloom Box Co., you can choose our Local Pick-Up & Return option to collect and return your moving crates yourself, helping you save on delivery and pick-up fees. Simply visit us at 1612 Concession 4 Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, at your scheduled appointment time. Please ensure you bring a suitable vehicle that can safely transport your rental crates, as customers are responsible for loading, transporting, and returning them. It’s a convenient, budget-friendly option that lets you move on your schedule while enjoying the same premium Bloom Box Co. experience.
